Ben received a law degree from Duke University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in economics and finance from Baylor University.

Ben resides in Harwood, Maryland, with his wife Vanessa, son Aidan, cat Elizabeth Bennet, Tovero paint horse Kahlua, and German warmblood Fiona.
